- Backend development in JVM languages such as Java, Kotlin and Scala.
- Strong experience with writing enterprise-grade software using Spring Boot.
- Web application security, specifically OAuth 2.1 and OpenID Connect.
- Design-first or code-first API development.
- Containerization and cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Helm, Tekton).
- Knowledge of healthcare IT standards such as FHIR, HL7 and XDS.
- Fluent in SQL — database experience includes ORM (jOOQ, JPA, Hibernate) and complex data migration (Oracle to PostgreSQL).
- Experience with message broker software such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Contribution to software architecture.
- Native proficiency in Dutch and Czech, native-level in English.
- Academic mindset and credentials, having a doctorate (PhD) in Artificial Intelligence.
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), Spring Professional 2023, TOGAF EA Practitioner.
